What is included in Maintenance?

The technician will perform a general inspection of your heating or cooling system. If additional work is required to return your system to normal, the technician will inform you. The cost of your visit will go towards any additional repair fees. You will have the opportunity to approve or decline all additional services.

If a pro determines that your system is working properly and no additional work is needed, please email us at nestsupport@handy.com to request a refund for your maintenance visit.
