If you’ve received an email stating that your device requires maintenance, you will be connected to Handy to schedule your maintenance service. Or you can schedule a maintenance service for a time that works for you using our scheduling portal here.
Handy will follow up via an email to confirm your booking details. Your account will be associated with the email address submitted on your booking request. Since you already have an account, you can manage your booking on Handy.com or through the Handy app.
