My pro wants to reschedule or cancel

If your pro has reached out to you to reschedule, please work directly with them to find a time that works for both of you.

If your pro wishes to cancel, they have the ability to unassign themselves from the booking. In this case, we'll do our best to make sure your original appointment is upheld with a professional who can make it.
