How do I cancel my booking?

 

We're sorry to hear that you're cancelling!  Follow the instructions below to cancel your upcoming booking. 

To Cancel:

On the Website In the App
  • Visit www.handy.com
  • Go to the bookings page on your account.
  • Click the edit booking drop down.
  • Select 'Cancel Booking'
  • Click 'No thanks, I'd like to cancel my booking'
 
  • Download the Handy mobile app.
  • Tap the bookings icon on the bottom left of your screen.
  • Tap into the booking you want to cancel.
  • Scroll down to the cancel booking button and tap.
  • Tap 'I'd like to cancel my booking'

Following the cancellation of your booking, you'll receive a confirmation email confirming the service has been cancelled.

Since we did not collect the original payment when you booked through a retail partner, we will issue you a refund via check.  A Handy support agent will ask you to confirm the full name and mailing address the check should be made out to.
