My pro is late

We expect the professionals using our platform to provide the highest level of service, and at the core of that is reliability.

You can check that your professional is on the way and can contact them through the app.

We apologize for any inconvenience and know that you may not have the time to wait.

To report the professional's lateness, just go to your Bookings page, tap "Report an issue" then "Pro isn't here yet".  Click "I still need help" to submit the report.
