My pro wants to cancel or reschedule

If your pro couldn't make it to your booking as arranged, they have the ability to remove themselves directly through the app. 

Email us at artdotcom@handy.com and we'll do our best to make sure your original booking is upheld with a professional who can make it.

Was this booking with your preferred professional? You could always reschedule this booking and your pro will be given the opportunity to claim the new time. To reschedule, visit your Bookings page.
