Most Handy customers prefer to sign up for one of our standard automated cleaning plans, where bookings automatically generate weekly, bi-weekly, or every four weeks. However, we understand that some people are looking for a more flexible schedule. That's why we created Handy Select!
How does Handy Select work?
It’s simple - become a Handy Select member and you’ll save on all of your home cleanings. You pay for a regular membership, then schedule cleanings one at a time. Every cleaning you book during your membership will automatically be discounted from our regular rate.
Am I committing to a minimum number of cleanings?
No. You can book as few or as many cleanings as you need. Your next cleaning is not automatically scheduled - you select when you want to have a cleaning.
How much does Handy Select membership cost?
We have two Handy Select membership plans, so it depends on which plan you've enrolled in. For our monthly plan members the cost of Handy Select is $10 per month. The yearly plan is $99 every 12 months.
How much does each cleaning cost for a Handy Select member?
Cleanings are priced at a deeply discounted rate from our standard hourly charge. The number of hours required depends on the size of your home. A minimum of 3 hours is required for each cleaning.
What if I want to set up regular cleanings, on a recurring basis?
If you decided you want cleanings automatically scheduled on a regular basis, just select your preferred frequency when setting up your booking. This is purely optional and available for your convenience.
When does my Handy Select membership end?
We'll stop charging you from the membership the moment you tell us to stop. Either use the contact form below, or cancel on your own from the Account Page. Standard cancellation policy will apply. If you cancel within the first 3 days of signing up and have not yet had a cleaning, you’ll receive a full refund of membership fees. Otherwise, membership fees are non-refundable.
