Unable to contact your pro through the phone number provided on the Bookings page? There are a few reasons this might happen. First, the number displayed isn't activated until 24 hours prior to the booking start, and is deactivated soon after the booking ends. In addition, the only way your message will be passed to the pro, is if you're using the phone number associated with your account.
