Cancel my cleaning plan

If you'd like to cancel or skip an individual booking you can learn how to do that here. If you're looking to cancel your full cleaning plan there are a few things we'd like you to consider:

Everyone at Handy is focused on providing the best service possible for you. But if you’re really ready to leave us, here’s how to do it:

1. Go to Account tab

2. From Manage Cleaning Plan

3. Select Cleaning Plan you want to cancel

4. Click Cancel Plan

Note: If your plan carries a minimum term, cancelling before the end of the term will result in a cancellation fee. 

If you're enrolled in one of our monthly or yearly membership plans you can cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. To cancel your enrollment, simply stop creating bookings and cancel any upcoming scheduled bookings, and you will no longer be charged any subsequent monthly access plan fees. Please note if you cancel an upcoming booking within the cancellation period, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
 
If you decide to re-enroll in the monthly access plan, your reduced hourly pricing coupon will remain available to you until December 31st, 2017.
