Need more info about a "Customer No-Show" fee

A "Customer No-Show" charge happens when a professional arrives at your home, but they're unable to gain entry using your instructions, and are unable to contact you. We know you lead a busy lifestyle, and your schedule can change on a dime, but if the pro is unable to complete the booking, they end up losing valuable work and spending time and money on transportation.
