Need more info about a cancellation or rescheduling fee

We know schedules can change quickly, but unfortunately, skipping, rescheduling, or cancelling a booking with fewer than 24 hours until the start time can cause your professional to lose valuable work.

Therefore, making a change to a booking between 24 and two hours until the start time causes a $15 fee. Skipping or cancelling a booking with fewer than two hours to go causes the full price of the booking to be charged. You can view our full cancellation policy here.
