Handy strives to match you with the right pro for your home every time. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the service of one of your pros, let us know and we’ll work to make it right. And in the rare event of damage, Handy’s also got your back. Every booking made through the Handy platform is insured.
Subject to certain terms and conditions that can be found here, The Handy Happiness Guarantee applies if:
- The scope of work that you were charged for was not completed to your satisfaction, or your property was damaged as a direct result of the service booked through the Handy platform*
- The service was completed within the past 72 hours. For recurring services, each appointment is treated as a separate occurrence.
- Your account is in good standing without unpaid balances
*In the event of damage or a missing item, Handy will require documentation to prove value, ownership and damage in order to process the claim
If you'd like a 3 hour replacement booking for 48 hours from now, please include this request along with your availability. We may ask for more details regarding what went wrong with your service.
